Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if you need to make a return or exchange. Please review our updated policy below:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Create and log in to your account:

    • Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
    • Check your email for a six-digit verification code, then return to the store to enter the code.
  2. Select the order you want to return and:

    • Choose the items you wish to return (if your order includes multiple items).
    • Select a return reason and add any notes for the store.
  3. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, The customer will have to provide the return shipping label (Please contact us with any questions) . After we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to make things right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Items: Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products (including custom fine jewelry).
  • Fine Jewelry over $4,000.
  • Mineral Specimens.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Trade-In Policy

We offer trade-ins exclusively for certified mined diamonds purchased from us, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The trade-in value must be at least double the original purchase price.
  2. The mined diamond must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  3. All accompanying paperwork (e.g., certifications, receipts) must be included at the time of the trade-in.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged diamonds or those missing their original paperwork are not eligible for trade-ins.
  • Lab Grown Diamonds
  • Trade-ins are only applicable to certified diamonds purchased directly from our store.
  • Certified Gemstones purchased from our store may be elegible for Trade-In (Please contact us for details)
